Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a vacuum pouring method for gypsum mold high-precision casting of aluminum and magnesium alloy, which comprises: (1) manufacturing a gypsum mold; (2) removing the mold and drying; and (3) pouring vacuum pouring, taking the dried gypsum out, clearing the impurities in a molding cavity, connecting a vacuumizing tube and a vacuum pump, sealing the pouring opening, vacuumizingby using a vacuum pump, starting pouring, and stopping the vacuum pump at the end of the pouring, and cooling to room temperature. In the method adopted by the invention, a discharge pipe is mounted in the molding cavity of the mold directly, the number, diameter and mounting position of thin steel pipes can be determined according to the shape and complexity of castings, and the operation is easy. In addition, the size of the casting is not limited, and the process is effectively simplified. |
