Radiating device

The invention discloses a radiating device. The radiating device comprises a centrifugal fan, a heat tube and a fin group, wherein the fin group is connected with one end of the heat tube in a heat conducting way; the centrifugal fan comprises an air outlet; the fin group is arranged at the air outlet; the fin group comprises a plurality of radiating fins; the edge of each radiating fin is bent and extended to form at least one hem; the radiating fins are overlapped along the direction of the central axis of the centrifugal fan; the hems of each radiating fin are pressed against each other to form a side surface which is parallel to the direction of the central axis of the fan; and the heat tube is contacted with the side surface of the fin group in the heat conducting way.
