Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a correlation model for detecting the SBR (styrene butadiene rubber) content of a compounded rubber. The correlation model is implemented through the steps of acquiring the near infrared spectrum of the compounded rubber with a known SBR content; pretreating the near infrared spectrum; and establishing the correlation model between the SBR content and the absorbance of thenear infrared spectrum by using a chemometric method. The invention also discloses a method for detecting the SBR content of the compounded rubber. The method comprises the following steps: acquiringa near infrared spectrum of a to-be-detected compounded rubber sample; invoking the correlation model; and substituting the acquired near infrared spectrum of the to-be-detected compounded rubber sample into the correlation model so as to calculate the SBR content of the to-be-detected compounded rubber sample.
