Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a simulative operation method of a 450m sintering machine ignition furnace. The method comprises an simulative operation training step and an identification step, and a computer program cooperatively matched with the simulative operation training step and the identification step is adopted; the identification step is used for auditing the simulative operation training step; the simulative operation method is characterized in that: the simulative operation training step comprises an ignition furnace normal operating step and an ignition furnace fault state and processing step, wherein the ignition furnace normal operating step comprises the following steps in sequence: (a) extinguishing the ignition furnace; (b) cleaning the ignition furnace by using nitrogen; (c) performing coal gas replacement on the ignition furnace; (d) performing a coal gas explosion experiment on the ignition furnace; and (e) igniting the heat-insulating ignition furnace; and the ignition furnace fault state and p
