The invention relates to an electric energy meter applied load on-site anti-electricity-stealing detector, which comprises a live wire connecting terminal, a zero wire connecting terminal, a fuse, a conversion switch, a power meter, a test resistance, a running button, a stopping button, an alternative-current contactor, an intermediate relay, a buzzer, a red indicator lamp, a green indicator lamp, an order switch and a timer. The order switch is serially connected with the timer, a normally-opened point and two normally-opened points of the intermediate relay are serially connected with the green indicator lamp and the red indicator lamp, and the normally-opened point of the intermediate relay is serially connected with the buzzer; the running button is serially connected with the stopping button after being connected with the normally-opened point of the alternative-current contactor in parallel, the stopping button is serially connected with a coil of the alternative-current contactor and a coil of the int
