The invention discloses a towed non-recovery sweeping vehicle. The sweeping vehicle comprises a trailer towed by a small tractor; a sweeping brush roller, two ends of the axis of which are inclined horizontally in the front and rear direction, is transversely arranged between the front and rear wheels of the trailer; a gearbox and a generator are respectively arranged on a frame at the rear part of the trailer; a hydraulic power unit is arranged on the frame at one side of the gearbox; a transmission belt pulley is arranged on a rear axle gear box of the trailer, and a transmission belt is connected between the belt pulley and the belt pulley of the gearbox; and a universal transmission shaft is forwards connected to the gearbox, the front end of the universal transmission shaft is connected with a secondary gear box, the secondary gear box is arranged in the middle of a brush roller lifting rack, and chain wheels in mutual transmission are respectively arranged on the secondary gear box and a sweeping roller
