Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the genetic engineering field, and concretely relates to beta-glucanase GLU, novel high temperature resistant beta-glucanase VGLU, and genes and applications of the novel beta-glucanase GLU and the novel high temperature resistant beta-glucanase VGLU. The invention provides the beta-glucanase GLU which has an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO.1, the high temperature resistant beta-glucanase VGLU which has an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO.3, and the genes for coding the novel beta-glucanase GLU and the high temperature resistant beta-glucanase VGLU, wherein the genes have nucleotide sequences which are respectively represented by SEQ ID NO.2 and SEQ ID NO.4.
