The eye drops comprise the following components: 1,000 to 3,000 IU of recombinant cattle basic fibroblastic growth factor, 0.01 to 0.25mg of protein protectant, 1.0 to 5.0mg of thickening agent, 1.0 to 5.0mg of osmotic pressure regulator, an appropriate amount of phosphate buffer and 0.4ml of water for injection. The eye drops have the advantages of low irritation and high stability.
