The invention provides a vehicle window adjuster being easy to assemble and a clamp. The vehicle window adjuster is provided with a roller capable of rotating forwards and backwards, an annular metal wire (71) part of which is wound on the roller, guide parts (81, 83, 91 and 93) which are installed inside an inner board and guide the metal wire (71) in a way that the metal wire (71) is distributed along the elevation direction of window glass (53), an anti-loosening device which is used for pressing the metal wire (71) towards the tensile direction of the metal wire so as to eliminate the looseness of the metal wire (71), and window glass mounting devices (101 and 103) which are used for mounting the window glass (53) on the part of the metal wire (71) along the elevation direction of the window glass (53). The vehicle window adjuster can be installed inside the inner board in a rotating way, at the same time, the vehicle window adjuster is provided with the guide part (83) which is guided to a supporting boa
