The paper feeding machine comprises a front frame, a rear frame, cross beams, an inner paper feeding mechanism and paper tubes; the cross beams are arranged at the upper parts of the front frame and the rear frame; the inner paper feeding mechanism is arranged in the front frame; and the paper tubes are respectively arranged in the front frame and the rear frame. The paper feeding mechanism is designed for an intermittent printing web offset press; and the mechanism can realize continuous paper supply, can also automatically store paper and release paper according to the characteristic of intermittent printing, and has a secondary expansion mechanism to ensure the normal operation of the entire printing assembly line.
