Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a drive unit for a micro valve. The drive unit comprises a housing, a spring, and at least one shape memory alloy component, wherein the shape memory alloy component, attached to the housing in a manner capable of deviating, is loaded by the spring toward the deflected position and is capable of overcoming the loading motion increased by the spring to enter the position with less deviation via the temperature rise and thus activated shape memory function. The invention also relates to a micro valve, particularly to a constant-closed micro valve, comprising a fluid shell, at least one valve seat, a sealing member arranged opposite to the valve seat, and a drive unit mentioned above, wherein the shape memory alloy component cooperates with the sealing member and exerts the operating force upon the sealing member for closing or opening the valve with the help of the compression spring force or by overcoming the compression spring force.
