Method for electrowinning and recovering silver from silver-containing waste catalyst

The invention relates to a method for electrowinning and recovering silver from silver waste catalyst, which belongs to the technical field of regenerating precious metal from a waste catalyst containing the precious metal. The method comprises the following steps: taking a silver-containing waste catalyst as a raw material, leaching by nitric acid to obtain a silver nitrate solution, filtering by a precise filtering device, performing rotational-flow electrolysis to the obtained filtrate twice for removing silver, collecting the obtained silver powder by a collector at the bottom into a ceramic membrane collecting apparatus, washing by pure water, drying, melting and casting to obtain the product silver. According to the invention, the installation, dismounting and relocation can be conveniently carried out through portable or module assembly, a rotational-flow electrolytic tank and supplementary equipment; the closed solution circulation is performed, no harmful gas is discharged; metal is selectively carri
