Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a loaded solid catalyst, in particular to a preparation method of a loaded solid catalyst used in deacidification of high-acid-value grease. In the method, a SiO2-based mesoporous molecular sieve with a dual-model duct structure is taken as a carrier; one of super acids such as phosphotungstic acid, phosphomolybdic acid, zirconium phosphate, phosphorus niobate and the like is loaded for serving as an active ingredient; in the deacidification process of high-acid-value waste grease, the acid value can be lowered from initially 30-100 mg KOH/mL to 5-10 mg KOH/mL; and the catalyst has the characteristics of high catalytic activity, easiness for separating and recovering, no corrosion of equipment by a reaction system, environmental friendliness and the like. |
