Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a system and a method for tracking a communication in moving monopulse angle. The system comprises a radar set, a servo control unit and an echo processing device. The echo processing device is provided with a FrFT (Fractional Fourier Transform) filter and an empirical mode decomposition (EMD) filter. An intermediate-frequency signal sent out by a down converter sequentially enters the EMD filter, the FrFT filter, a matched filter and an Inv FrFT filter to be sent into a monopulse processor after passing through a band-pass filter and then is switched into a DSP (Digital Signal Processor); and the DSP is connected with a servo control device of an antenna. Main modules of the echo processing device are all implemented by a FPGA (Field Programmable Gata Array). TheFPGA is connected with the DSP through an EMIF (External Memory Interface). The tracking method comprises the following steps of: after carrying out down conversion, band-pass filtering, EMD and FrFTtreatment on an echo signa
