Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a carbonization method for straws. Conventional carbonization methods for straws have the disadvantages of high production cost and great equipment wear; carbonization products have a rough surface, are easy to fracture and prone to over carbonization or uneven carbonization, have small carbonaceous density, a low calorific value and a high defective rate, etc. According to the invention, active carbon is prepared through the processes of compacting, charring, fragmentation to obtain particles, activation and pore making by using a converter and water vapor having a temperature of about 900 DEG C, rinsing, drying, milling, etc. Carbonized straw carbon can be stored and used as a novel energy, which enables conventional situation of complete combustion of fuels in a straw gasifier to be changed. Simultaneously, the invention is innovation of the carbonization technology of straws.
