Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a cationic aqueous resin composition for gravure printing and a manufacturing method thereof. Concretely, the invention relates to a cationic aqueous resin composition for gravure printing, comprising a core and a shell composed of an acrylate monomer, an oragnic acid, an emulsifier, a polymerization initiator, a chain transfer agent and an aqueous solvent; and a manufacturing method thereof comprising the following steps: forming the shell; mixing with organic acid to dissolve the shell in water; mixing the acrylate emulsion for forming core to form the core; ripening and cooling the core. According to the invention, the invention provides the cationic aqueous resin composition for gravure printing with features of good glossiness, excellent water resistance, no adhesion with the high-temperature roller, excellent workability, no generation of a volatile organic compound and excellent printability.
