High-temperature amalgam can completely release mercury atoms only at a higher temperature and then a lamp tube can be normally turned on. Therefore, in the invention, before performing a lamp exhaust technology, a glass stem for evacuating waste gas is laterally connected with a bypass glass stem, 0.5 mg of liquid mercury is injected into the bypass glass stem, and then the 0.5 mg of liquid mercury is sealed in the lamp tube during exhausting and sealing. In such a way, liquid mercury stream works alternatively when the working temperature of the high-temperature amalgam energy-saving lamp does not reach the temperature at which the high-temperature amalgam releases the mercury atoms, so that the high-temperature amalgam energy-saving lamp can be fast lighted for work.
