Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an aluminum alloy and a method for manufacturing a double-zero foil by using the same. The aluminum alloy comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.09 to 0.15 percent of Si, 0.75 to 1.05 percent of Fe, 0.03 to 0.1 percent of Cu, 0.02 to 0.03 percent of Ti, less than or equal to 0.01 percent of Mn, less than or equal to 0.01 percent of Mg, less than or equal to 0.01 percent of Cr, less than or equal to 0.01 percent of Zn, and the balance of Al. The aluminum alloy provided by the invention has low granularity, exquisite surface quality and high tensile strength; and in a produced double-zero foil finished product, the pinhole rate is less than 200 holes per square meter, the tensile strength is 85 to 100MPa, and the elongation is more than 2.5 percent. |
