Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a reduced ilmenite type flux-cored wire. The reduced ilmenite type flux-cored wire comprises 75-88% by mass of carbon steel outer skin and 2-25% by mass of flux core; the flux core has the following components in percentage by mass: 25-45% of reduced ilmenite, 3-15% of rutile, 6-30% of quartz, 3-20% of low-carbon ferromanganese, 1-10% of fluorite, 1-10% of alumina, 0.1-15% of aluminum magnesium alloy, 0.1-10% of ferrosilicon, 0.05-6% of ferrotitanium and the balance of ferrous powder. The mass of the flux core in the reduced ilmenite type flux-cored wire provided by the invention is 12-25% of the total mass; the reduced ilmenite is creatively used as the raw material of the flux-cored wire so as to form a new reduced ilmenite type flux-cored wire; the obtained deposited metal and welding joint have good low-temperature impact toughness, the yield strength is not less than 375 MPa; the tensile strength is not less than 480 MPa; the elongation is not less than 22%, and the Akv is not le |
