According to the process, the high strength aluminum alloy is sequentially subjected to a solid solution treatment, a primary quenching treatment, a high-temperature and short-time aging treatment, a secondary quenching treatment, a medium-temperature and short-time aging treatment, a tertiary quenching treatment, a low-temperature and long-time aging treatment. With the treatment process provided by the present invention, the mechanical property and the corrosion resistance of the material are improved; the treatment efficiency is increased.
