Zusammenfassung: | The invention specifically relates to a co-expression vector plasmid adeno-associated virus miRNA (pAAV2miR) for micro ribonucleic acids (miRNAs) and coding protein genes, which mainly comprises the elements as follows: an inverted terminal repeat (ITR) of AAV2, a promoter, a modified minute virus of mice (mmvm) intron, the coding protein genes, a bovine growth hormone poly A signal [BGH poly (A)] and the like, wherein the mmvm intron comprises polyclone sites used for inserting pri-miRNA. When the co-expression vector pAAV2mir for the miRNAs and the coding protein genes is used, single or multiple pri-miRNA sequences are inserted among the polyclone sites of the mmvm intron, and simultaneously, the corresponding coding protein genes are inserted to realize the co-expression of the miRNAs and the coding protein genes. Moreover, the vector carries AAV2ITR sequences, thus, the vector can be further packaged into an AAV, and by depending on the tissue specific tropism of different serotypes of the AAV, the speci |
