Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an upconversion UV luminescent material of broadband spectral adsorption and application thereof. In a technical scheme of the invention, the upconversion UV luminescent material has a chemical formula of Er:YAlO3 or Er:Y3Al5O12. In order to improve the performance of the upconversion UV luminescent material, broaden the range of light adsorption, and enhance the emission light intensity, a certain amount of Yb, B, Ga, N and F are doped into Er:YAlO3 or Er:Y3Al5O12. By doping B, Ga or In, the symmetry of a crystal field around Er is reduced, and the absorption intensity of the rare earth metal ion Er for infrared-visible lights is improved. By doping F and N, the crystal field stabilization energies are increased and reduced, and the absorption scope of the rare earth metal ion Er for infrared-visible lights is widened. By doping Yb, the ultraviolet light luminous intensity of the upconversion UV luminescent material can be enhanced to the utmost. |
