Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a liquid crystal display device, which comprises a panel, a light guide plate, an optical diaphragm, a rubber frame and an outer frame, wherein the light guide plate is positioned below the panel; the optical diaphragm is positioned between the panel and the light guide plate, and a lug is arranged on a side edge of the optical diaphragm; the rubber frame is provided with a first retaining wall and a second retaining wall which are vertical to each other; the panel is arranged on the second retaining wall, and the second retaining wall is provided with an opening corresponding to the lug; the opening divides the second retaining wall into a third retaining wall and a fourth retaining wall; a light absorbing structure attaches to the third retaining wall, is vertical to the side all of the optical diaphragm, and covers a gap which is formed when the lug is inserted into the opening; and the outer frame is provided with an accommodation space.
