Method for manufacturing mica tape with surface treatment by plasma

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a mica tape with surface treatment by a plasma. The method comprises the following steps: (1), carrying out plasma processing on a reinforcing material used by a mica tape; (2), carrying out impregnation; (3), carrying out combination; (4) carrying out baking; (5), carrying out cooling to prepare billets; (6), carrying out splitting and rolling.According to the invention, the method has advantages of energy-saving characteristic, pollution-free characteristic and environmental protection; besides, the treatment time is short and the efficiency is high; and because the treatment on the surface of the material only involves only a few to hundreds of nanometers, the surface performance of the material can be improved obviously without influencing matrix performance. The utilization of the method provided in the invention can be extended to manufacture of insulating materials including various laminated materials and soft composite materials.
