Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a rainwater treatment system comprising a storage pool for accommodating rainwater. The rainwater treatment system is characterized in that two or two more water outlets of different heights are arranged in the storage pool so that rainwater accommodated in the storage pool can be sequentially drained from top to bottom. The invention also discloses a rainwater treatment method which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) providing the rainwater treatment system provided by the invention; and (2) firstly selecting the water outlet with the largest height under a water surface to drain, and then draining by using the first water outlet below the water outlet when the water surface height is descended to a position where water can not be drained by using the water outlet.
