Forming device for rectangular thin-wall plastic spring with slot on surface and processing method thereof

The invention discloses a forming device for a rectangular thin-wall plastic spring with a slot on the surface and a method for utilizing the forming device to manufacture the rectangular thin-wall plastic spring with the slot on the surface. The forming device comprises an extruding forming mechanism, a cooling mechanism, a slot forming mechanism and a spiral forming mechanism, all of which are arranged on a frame. The method comprises the following steps: extruding a rectangular plastic substrate with a certain wall thickness by an extruding mould of the extruding forming mechanism; sending the rectangular plastic substrate after being cooled by the cooling mechanism to the slot forming mechanism for rolling and forming the slot, thereby acquiring the plastic substrate with suitable outline and width size; and sending the plastic substrate into a spiral forming column of the spiral forming mechanism, thereby finally finishing the forming of the rectangular thin-wall plastic spring with the slot on the surfa
