Vibrator grinding machine

The invention providse a vibrator grinding machine which is used in dry form or wet form and carries out the fine grinding to the processed objects in a short period under a centrifugal force field. The vibrator grinding machine has a drive shaft which is rotatably supported in the longitudinal direction and a grinding part positioned around the drive shaft and rotated by the drive shaft. The drive shaft has an eccentric part deviated from an axle center of the drive shaft and a balance weight disposed in the reversed direction of the eccentric direction of the eccentric part. The eccentric part has a supporting part which rotatably supports the fine grinding part. The drive shaft has an outer gear rotating around the axle center of the drive shaft. The grinding part has an internal gear which is engaged with the external gear of the drive shaft and drives the grinding part to revolve around the drive shaft and a barrel part having a longitudinal grinding wall around the drive shaft and an upper port from whi
