The current collecting plate comprises a bottom and a plurality of preiections, wherein the preiections are formed through extending from the bottom, an interval is formed between the two neighboring preiections so as to enable the bottom and the preiections to jointly form a rough surface. The electrode is filled in the intervals between the preiections and is covered on the preiections and the bottom.
