| Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an underwater drilling platform which is composed of an above-water replenishment ship and an undersea drilling platform, wherein the undersea drilling platform is fixed on the seabed by four cement columns (length: about 15 m), and an electric regulator for the four cement columns can adjust the platform to a horizontal position; the above-water replenishment ship and the undersea drilling platform are connected by a set of multi-functional pipes and a wire set so as to achieve the effects of matter and energy replenishment and signal transmission; and the undersea drilling platform can be used for completing the overall processes of well drilling, well cementation and well completion, and performing replenishment and monitoring control by the above-water replenishment ship and a driller room.
