Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to techniques for detecting drug resistance mutation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and provides a method and kit for detecting isoniazid resistance mutation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which have low cost and high throughout and are simple and specific. The method comprises the following steps of: designing primers and probes by using the primer design software Primer Premier 5 according to the nucleic acid sequence of the H37Rv genome of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the GenBank, extracting DNA of a Mycobacterium tuberculosis sample, constructing a PCR (polymerase chain reaction) system, analyzing PCR products by use of a melting curve after PCR is completed, and differentiating wild-type and mutation-type according to the differences in melting point and shape of the melting peaks.
