Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a position sensor, which aims to generally miniaturize the position sensor without a rotary transformer. The position sensor comprises a stator fixing plate provided with stator excitation coils and stator detecting coils, and a rotor movable plate rotating in a way to be contrapositive with the stator fixing plate and having rotor coils formed thereon. The stator excitation coils and the stator detecting coils are folded into a zigzag shape with a specified distance and configured in way to overlap with the same phase. A capacitor is parallel connected on the stator detecting coils. The rotor coils which is arranged opposed to the stator excitation coils and the stator detecting coils comprises plural short circuit coils which are short connected with a specifieddistance. The controller outputs excitation signals to the stator excitation coils and detects the rotating angle of the rotor movable plate according to the output voltage changes of the stator detecting coils.
