| Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing inorganic/organic composite porous lithium battery diaphragms by using inorganic particles with high dispersion speed, excellent effect, uniform aperture and high porosity. The method comprises the following steps of: adding the inorganic particles with particle diameter of 0.001 to 10 mu m into an adhesive polymer solution, wherein the content of the inorganic particles is 60 to 95 weight percent based on the weight of the adhesive polymer solution; using ultrasonic wave with frequency of 20-130 KHz and power of 100-1,500 W to act on the adhesive polymer solution added with the inorganic particles so as to uniformly disperse the inorganic particles; and coating the adhesive polymer solution dispersed with the inorganic particles on a porous polymer base material, and drying to obtain the inorganic/organic composite porous lithium battery diaphragms. |
