Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides the new encoding sequence of Cinnamic acid-4-hydroxylase (C4H) protein, which is expressed in the sweet potato and the application of same to the improvement of anthocyanin and precursor compound content of the anthocyanin of plant. The invention relates to a cloning and fusion gene construction body containing the gene as well as a novel recombination expression vector carrying the construction body. The invention also relates to a plant transformed cells of the expression vector as well as the gene-based transgenic plant and posterities thereof which are generated through the transformed cells and include plant seeds and plant tissues. The invention has the advantages that the gene is expressed in the plant, and the anthocyanin content and the precursor compound content of the obtained transgenic plant are increased. |
