During the production of a belt ply of an all-steel radial-truck tire, two layers of steel wire crown band plys are wound at the two sides of the belt ply, and then are attached to the tire surface part; the width of the steel wire crown band ply is the width of two or more steel wires, and the steel wires are unwound by a spindle frame; the wound and attached steel wire crown band ply is rubberized and extruded in a previous procedure, and is spirally wound on an unwinding material roll.
