Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a gear box and a baby carriage with the gear box. The gear box comprises a base frame, a motor which is fixed on the base frame and has a motor shaft, an output shaft rotatably arranged on the base frame and a gear transmission mechanism arranged between the motor shaft and the output shaft, wherein the gear transmission mechanism comprises a gear power unit at least consisting of a first power gear, a gear driven unit at least consisting of a first driven gear, and a balance wheel mechanism; the balance wheel mechanism comprises an oscillating bar, a head gear and an end gear; the oscillating bar and the head gear are rotatably connected with the base frame through a head shaft of the oscillating bar; the head gear and the gear power unit are engaged with each other; and the balance wheel mechanism is arranged between the gear power unit and the gear driven unit.
