Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a device and method for recovering electroplating colloidal palladium, and belongs to machinery. The device mainly consists of a recovery tank for storing an electroplating colloidal palladium solution, an adsorption tower with bed layers made from an organic polymer material, a backwashing water tank for backwashing, a muffle furnace for heating and igniting the recovered palladium, and a strong acid pump which is used for realizing palladium solution circulation and has strong oxidation resistance. The method comprises the following steps: transferring a colloidal palladium solution which reaches the end of service life in an electroplating process into a special palladium solution recovery tank; transferring the palladium solution into the adsorption tower withthe bed layers made from a selective macroporous weakly acidic acrylic type organic material through the strong acid pump with strong oxidation resistance; and taking out the special saturated organic material absorbed in the
