Method for manufacturing super-large-area film-coated color steel tile outer wall

The invention relates to the construction of an outer wall of a building, in particular to a method for manufacturing a super-large-area film-coated color steel tile outer wall. The method comprises the following steps of: finishing an outer wall layout drawing according to a design drawing, and accurately indicating the length and number of plates; designing a vector effect drawing according to the outer wall layout drawing, making color steel tiles accurately correspond to patterns, spray-painting and outputting picture patterns which are verified to be correct, cutting color steel plates according to the layout drawing, and attaching the printed color films to the corresponding color steel plates by using a cold mounting machine; and performing compression molding, and arranging in turn to finish construction. By the method, the film-coated color steel tile outer wall can be quickly manufactured, and construction quality can be ensured.
