The preparation method is characterized by: dissolving zinc acetate and organisms in isopropanol under a stirring condition at a temperature of 50 DEG C to obtain a solution A; dissolving an alkali metal hydroxide in isopropanol to obtain a solution B; mixing the solution A and the solution B to obtain the Zno quantum dot. In the prior art, the ZnO quantum dot prepared through the prior art has a defective light-emitting peak. According to the present invention, the defective light-emitting peak can be effectively inhibited and the ZnO quantum dot with a single ultraviolet light-emitting peak and strong ultraviolet excitation is obtained. |
