The natural astragali paste can be prepared into cereal food of various forms such as powder, crystal grains, biscuit, crispy rice and the like. The invention also provides a preparation process of the natural astragali paste. The preparation process comprises the following steps of: respectively sauting 60 parts of hulless oat, 20 parts of black bean and 20 parts of soybean in a sauting machine at the temperature of 300 DEG C for 10 minutes; heating 10 parts of astragalus root and 10 parts of Chinese yam in a microwave oven at a high temperature for 1 minute till cooking; crushing the sauted hulless oat into flour by using a grain crusher; crushing the black bean and the soybean into granules with size of 2 millimeters in the grain crusher respectively; crushing the cooked astragalus root and the cooked Chinese yam int |
