Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a lithium ion battery energy storage device charged by power generated by complementation of high altitude natural wind energy and luminous energy. The lithium ion battery energy storage device consists of a thin film amorphous silicon solar power generation device, a small-sized wind generating set, a system controller, a lithium ion storage battery, a high-intensity balloon made from a special material and an inverter. According to a natural law that natural wind force is weak when the sunshine is sufficient and natural wind force is strong when the sunshine is lacking, the thin film amorphous silicon solar power generation device and the small-sized wind generating set are hung in high altitude through the high-intensity balloon made from the special material to charge the same lithium ion storage battery and supply the stored electric energy to a load.
