Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for treating quenching arc-shaped cracks of a carbon steel thin-wall ring part. The invention adopts a technical scheme comprising: heating and forging the carbon steel thin-wall ring part in a 350 KW medium-frequency induction heating furnace; normalizing in a 110KW well-type furnace and introducing a nitrogen atmosphere for protection; and thermal refining in a mesh belt type feeding continuous furnace, quenching in a quenching heating area under the protection of mixed atmosphere of nitrogen and methanol, feeding into a tempering section continuously by a lifting device, tempering 3 to 5 minutes after quenching, cooling in a running water tank at 20 to 40 DEG C after tempering, discharging from the furnace and cooling in the air.
