Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a mechanical bent pipe coating device. The mechanical bent pipe coating device comprises a bent pipe shot blasting device, a bent pipe cantilever clamping device, an intermediate frequency heating device and an automatic powder coating device; a bent pipe first enters the bent pipe shot blasting device and is subjected to shot blasting surface pretreatment before corrosion resistance, the bent pipe passing inspection is clamped in the bent pipe cantilever clamping device after shot blasting, the surface of the bent pipe is heated to the temperature required by powder coating through the intermediate frequency heating device, and powder is coated on the surface of the bent pipe by using the automatic powder coating device. The mechanical bent pipe coating device realizes all mechanical operation, is easy to control the quality, ensures quality stability and reliability of an anticorrosive layer, and improves the production efficiency.
