The invention discloses a Peer-to-Peer network system, a resource obtaining method and a related device, which are used for solving the problem of low success rate and low efficiency in obtaining the resource by mobile terminals in the prior Peer-to-Peer network system. The system comprises an index server; and the index server is used for storing a corresponding relationship between identifiers of the mobile terminals and a piece of wireless environment parameter information of the mobile terminals, selecting predetermined amount of identifiers of the mobile terminals according to an order from good to bad of wireless environments represented by corresponding wireless environment parameter information while selecting seed nodes, and taking the mobile terminals corresponding to the selected identifiers of the mobile terminals as the seed nodes, wherein the mobile terminals corresponding to the selected identifiers of the mobile terminals store identifiers of the resource to be obtained.
