Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an organic light emitting diode (OLED) device. The OLED device is maximally characterized by only adopting one organic material and a transition metal oxide between an anode and a cathode, wherein the two materials form an n-dimensional quantum well structure between the anode and the cathode; the organic material serves as a luminous layer and an electron transport layer; and the metal oxide services as a hole transport layer and the electron transport layer. The OLED device fully utilizes the luminescent properties, mechanical properties and thermal properties of the organic material; and simultaneously, only one organic material is adopted so as to fulfill the aim of reducing the organic materials, and the adoption of the metal oxide in the other functional layers aims to utilize the characteristics of stability and electric conductivity of the metal oxide.
