Safe starting controller

The invention provides a safe starting controller. A circuit board is arranged in the insulation casing of a controller and eight pins of an integrated package IC (integrated circuit) are connected with the battery of a motor vehicle and the starting ignition motor via lead-out wires, thus avoiding impeding failures caused by excessively high temperature of the starting relay and the starting motor due to a long starting time, and the damage caused by long-time over discharge of the battery. Therefore, the safety and reliability of the start loop can be greatly improved and the service life of the start loop device and the battery can be prolonged. The safe starting controller is suitable for security protection of starters such as motorcycles, automobiles, fuel oil generators and the like.
