| Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an environmental-friendly vehicle logo manufacturing method, comprising the following steps of: (1) removing water vapor on the surface of a hardening layer of a transparent plastic plate; (2) plating a chromium film on the surface of the hardening layer of the transparent plastic plate in a vacuum magnetron sputtering manner; (3) coating printing ink on the surface of the vacuum plated chromium film in a screen printing manner, and printing a vehicle logo pattern; (4) baking the printing ink; (5) engraving the vehicle logo pattern; and (6) coating gum on the side of the vehicle logo pattern coated with the printing ink to complete the manufacture of the vehicle logo. In the invention, the high-reflectivity chromium film is placed inside the vehicle logo and cannot come in direct contact with the outside world, so that the corrosion and the oxidation are prevented, the service life of the vehicle logo is prolonged and the vehicle logo can maintain a bright appearance for a long time.
