Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a simulation test system for a double-lifting double-hoister bridge crane. The system comprises an experimental device and a control device, wherein the experimental device comprises a main frame, a bridge crane simulation unit, a bridge crane cart simulation unit and a bridge crane trolley simulation unit, and the control device comprises a bridge crane controller, a servo driver, a multichannel data collector and a bridge crane control rod. The integral structure of the simulation test system is designed according to the similarity principle, a multi-transmission motor servo control technique and a real-time parameter detection technique are adopted, and the operation technique and the positioning control method for the double-hoister bridge crane are virtually studied by simulating and controlling the running mode of the double-hoister and detecting the parameters such as swinging angle of the double-hoister. |
