Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a light-conversion glass material used for a high-power LED (light-emitting diode) single element or a light-emitting module. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) thoroughly mixing silicon dioxide, boric acid, sodium carbonate and barium carbonate and then thoroughly milling; (2) sintering the mixture in a corundum crucible and then standing under heat-insulation conditions; and (3) annealing by a quenching method to obtain the light-conversion glass material. The invention has the advantages that: the preparation method is simple and low in cost; the produced light-conversion glass material is excellent in chemical stability and thermal stability and has a high optical quality; and the excitation source for the light-conversion glass material is matched with the mainstream blue chips in the current LED market, the light-conversion glass material can be excited by the yellow/green lights from the YAG (yttrium aluminum garnet)to realize secondary exci |
