Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of machining and manufacturing tools for grinding, polishing or cutter grinding, and particularly relates to a method for manufacturing a ballastless plate grinding wheel. The ballastless plate grinding wheel consists of a steel substrate, a brazing alloy and a diamond, wherein the brazing alloy comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10-20 percent of Si, 10-20 percent of Cr, 10-20 percent of Fe, 2-8 percent of Co, 0.5-10 percent of WC, and the balance of Ni, the melting point is 950 DEG C, metal powder is mixed evenly and WC is added forbeing mixed evenly, a layer of abrasive is coated on the working surface of the grinding wheel, the brazing alloy powder is sprayed on the abrasive surface, then diamond abrasive grains of 30-50 meshes are sprayed, the using amount of the brazing alloy is 2-4 times of that of the diamond, then the mixture is put in a vacuum furnace for heating and sintering through five sections, and finally the grinding wheel is finished
