The method comprises the following steps of: recording the real-time working state of a machine tool by using a high-speed camera, post-processing the real-time record to acquire the processing technological real-time parameters of the workpiece, and correcting the processing technological theoretical parameters of the complex thin-walled curved workpiece in the processing numerical control machine tool by using the real-time parameters. The method has the characteristics of simple equipment, strong operability, accurate acquired data and intuitive drawn curves.
